Happy Halloween!!!

We took Jake to the mall to play tonight. He had SO much fun watching all the kids running around and he got a few treats too!! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

John and I were laughing SO hard...... We put Jake on this bridge and Jake was so scared that he froze and didn't move for about 5 minutes!!!! We've NEVER seen Jake stay this still before.......John's thinking of purchasing a bridge :) ha ha!!

Trick or Treating at the Botanical Gardens

The Botanical Gardens had a cute Halloween party with fun activities and lots of candy!! Jake and Morgan just had more fun playing on the bridge....

SUPERMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dental school has a cute little trick-or-treat hour for the children of dental students. Jake had no clue what was going on but LOVED all the attention he was getting as SUPERMAN :)

I came home after shopping to see John and Jake in front of the TV on John's 'football chair' watching a game.... it was just too cute!!

This is the new bridge from Omaha to Iowa... Jake LOVED to watch all the people going by.... he is for sure a people watcher, just like his mom :) Check out the kid in this pic :)

Church...well, hall time :)

These days it feels like John and I get NOTHING out of church. We walk out of the building feeling exhausted and tired from chasing Jake around... he is one HIGH energy child!! Anyway, Jake looked cute today with the tie I made him.... yes, me :)

ARIZONA...HERE WE COME!!!!!

John got accepted into orthodontic school in AZ!!!! We are SO excited :) He interviewed on Tuesday and within 24 hours they called him to accept an offer to their program! This has been John's dream to be an orthodontist and I am just SO proud of him for getting exceptional grades while he's been in dental school and just for being WONDERFUL :) We will head to AZ in May after he graduates from dental school.....CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My grandma and mom were driving from NY to UT and stopped by for a week to see us! Since we won't be able to bring too many gifts back at Christmas time Grandma just bought Jake an early gift... a darling wagon.... I LOVE IT...I mean, Jake LOVES IT :)

Black and White Cookies!!!

My family, John and I LOVE B&W cookies... like the ones in NY!! When we are there we eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner...seriously. So I found a really good recipe and this is the result!!! They taste just like the real deal! This is my first time making them so I just need to work on my circles :)
