This is John's MOST FAVORITE meal I make :) It's super easy.... I followed a meatloaf recipe in BHG, cut the tops off the peppers, cleaned them out, and stuffed 'em! Drop them in a crock-pot, cover with crushed tomatoes and pasta sauce. Then just cook them on low for about 6-7 hours. Serve with sour cream........
